Hi, my name is Ashley Williams and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rochester, NY. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2021 from Canisius University. I love working with teens and young adults as they move through major life transitions, identity questions, relationship struggles, and emotional ups and downs. This stage of life can be confusing and intense, but it can also be a powerful time for growth and self-discovery. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you. Additionally, I received my Masters in School Counseling in 2017 from Canisius University. With over 9 years of experience as a school counselor, I understand the pressures that come with academics, peer relationships, and planning for the future. Whether you’re struggling with school-related stress, motivation, or navigating big decisions, I’m here to help. I also provide a safe, empowering space for those who have experienced domestic violence. Healing from abuse takes time, compassion, and support, and you don’t have to do it alone.
